Message	and I assume you've checked codes and everything? I know for some reason one time my Z would hesitate and stumble and stutter like it was on 2 or 3 cylinders after I hadn't driven it for a while whenever I hit zero vacuum and approached boost. revved fine in neutral but under load went to crap. It perplexed me but went away as it warmed up and has never done it since... If you have no codes, voltages from the MAF are good, timing and TPS is good. I would probably check the spark plugs next just to make sure they are not fouled or anything... what plugs and gap are you running?
